Hi,
I have a problem with Toolset Maps.
I can't edit a custom content 's address field because of a JS error :
Error: no such method 'instance' for menu widget instance.
Please help.
Dear Po,
It is abnormal, and I can not duplicate same problem in a fresh wordpress installation, please try this:
deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again
Hi,
I have deactivated the plugin that throws the JS error but problem still is the same.
Switching to theme 2016 does not fix the issue anyway I have to use Avada which should be compliant with your plugin as you supply layout files.
Here is the admin login information if you want to have a look at it (try to edit a "Université" content type :
- URL: hidden link
- Login : support
- Pwd : *****
Cheers
It looks to be a Google Maps API issue (hidden link) though I have created a brand new API key in the Google Developers Console...
Thanks for the details, I can login your website, and for security reason, I modified your post to remove the credentials. since you are using 22 plugins and custom theme, I need your permission to deactivate plugins and switch theme, you will need backup your database first.
Hi,
I finally sorted it out.
Google Maps Javascript API was not activated.
A few steps are missing in Google documenation 😉
Anyway, thanks for your help.
Hi,
I'm afraid I have closed the ticket to early...
Maps address fields do not display as expected neither on a view page (hidden link) nor on a content type page (hidden link) though the content is correcty located in the content edit form.
Any idea ?
