[Resolved] Problem with conditional and custom field

Hi there.

I have a problem.

I have a conditional in a product page to show a custom field. I have the following code:

[wpv-conditional if="( $(wpcf-tiempo-de-envio) ne '' )"]Aquí va el texto [types field='tiempo-de-envio'][/types][/wpv-conditional]

This code only shows Aquí va el texto BUT don't show the value of [types field='tiempo-de-envio'][/types]

However if I use [types field='tiempo-de-envio'][/types] out of the conditional the value is showed.

You can see the problem here: hidden link -> Aquí va el texto [types field='tiempo-de-envio'][/types] 3 meses (above to the add to cart button)

I don't know what is the problem. Can you help me?

From what I can see on your site, the shortcode isn't being rendered at all.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access tot he site to check on this for you ?

Thank you I was able to log in but I wasn't able to find the section where you added the types shortcode.

Could you let me know exactly where you I should so I can check this out for you?

Hi again Shane.

If you click in the link you will go where is the code.

Youu can see where is the condictional in -> Apariencia -> Diseños personalizados -> Tiempo de envío

If you edit any product you'll see a custom field called Campos adicionales -> Tiempo de envío.

I was able to replicate the issue in a fresh site with a copy of astra.

I've went ahead and escalated this to our 2nd tier team for further debugging.

I'll post an update as soon as I get any.

Hi David,

Our team has done a thorough investigation on the issue on our side with the Astra Pro theme.

However the issue can't be fixed on our side and has to be addressed by the Astra team.

What was recommended is that you open a ticket with the astra support team and to let them know about this issue.
