[Resolved] Post relationships Back End sort by a custom date field (entry date)

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

It would be good to have the posts in the relationship back end field to be sorted by a custom date field or have a setting to have the list sort by the title or custom field. Currently when looking at the list (see screenshot) it is sorted by the post name, but it would be nice to have it default sorted by entry date (custom date field)

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

We do not have any setting or hook yet to change the sort order for the posts displayed with the post-relationship box in the backend.

However - it seems to be a valid feature request and I will pass this information to concern department for review. Please note that there is no ETA on it.
