Current Condition (see Current):

1. I have created a custom post called 'Clearance Items' with custom field of Left Image, Right Image, and Description
2. I have set the loop config as shown in the picture

Problem to tackle:

1. The post type view does not show any box container like a default post will (see Expected)
2. Is it possible to show categories/tag on the image? (see Expected and Current)

We want to achieve what shown in the MOCKUP picture with the box container for each item (see Mockup). Look forward to hearing from you.

Hello,

These are CSS problems.

Q1) The post type view does not show any box container like a default post will (see Expected)
If you want to create your own box container style, you can try Toolset Blocks built-in feature: Style Setting, for example:
1) Insert a "View" block, select the "view loop", you will be able to find the "Style Settings":
- Border
- Border Radius
See screenshot Style-Settings.JPG

2) Is it possible to show categories/tag on the image? (see Expected and Current)
Yes, it needs custom CSS codes, I have searched it in Google, and found a lots of examples and demos, for example this:
