Hi,
i got a theme with some post attributes like the the widht of the page (eg. FULL WIDTH) and i'd like to assign this type of parameters using views and types.

I also would like to know how can i choose another type of post type like a page(and not a post) when i create a new custom type

Dear Alessandro,

WordPress keeps everything as post types. The different post types included by WordPress are post, pages, nav_items and attachments. The only post type that you can choose a template are Pages. For all the rest you can use Content Templates to adjust the layout.

Take a look at our Getting Started guides to understand how it all works:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/getting-starting-with-types/
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/getting-started-with-views/

Please let me know if there is anything else that I can assist you with.

Regards,
Caridad
