Photos no longer uploading

This support ticket is created 7 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: upload featured image via a CRED form

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: Image appear in form

Instead, I got: Progress bar complete but no image actually uploaded

I previously had an issue where the submit button did nothing so I updated to the latest version. Now the image uploads have stopped working.

I can't see the form as it's probably controlled with Access.
Either way I see in your screenshot you refer probably to the Featured Image, is this correct?
I also assume you have AJAX enabled, as that was the BUG you experienced before (cannot submit form)

To be sure I tested both:
- A Types Image Custom Field
- The Posts Featured Image.

All of them work, both as logged in or out user.

Hence, this must be a very specific issue, also because no other user is reporting this.

Please can you send me a Site's Snapshot, after you checked if this issue also happens with Toolset only and a WordPress Native theme?
