Good day,

Please may I be assisted as fast as possible, this issue needs to be resolved urgently.

I would like the category of my post type to display in my URL like so:
products/product-category/product-name/

At the moment, I'm just getting:
products/product-name/

I have attached screenshots of my settings.

Thank you.

Thank you for contacting Toolset support, I'd be delighted to assist!

This simply isn't possible with Types, but you can have a look at the solution that this user posted over here:

https://toolset.com/forums/topic/adding-custom-taxonomy-to-url-and-permalink-not-working/#post-16948

Note that the above is a custom coded solution and we will not be able to support it.

This is due to how WordPress handles permalinks. I had the same exact question as you before I joined Toolset as a supporter 🙂
