hello,
when I change the profile data : last name, name, ecc (frontend side) - always asks me to enter the password, how can I make the password password is not required ?

I followed this guide:

There is not a good way to make the password field optional, but it is possible to remove both password fields from the form. If you remove both password fields, you can submit the form without a problem. Then you could create another form where the User can change their password.
