Hello!

System keeps informing me that i don't have a valid licence, but i own a licence "for life" and site is registered correctly on your site. This problem is exactly the same as the problem i reported here: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/on-plugins-page-showing-notice-you-must-have-a-valid-subscription/

What i have done so far:
* cleared the cache;
* contacted my hosting firm to see if there is a problem on their side

Every update of Toolset has been very time consuming lastly. I really hope that we can find a solution.

Have a great Day! Olivier

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Could you please try to follow the following steps in order to resolve your issue:
=> Delete your existing site key from this page: https://toolset.com/account/sites/
=> Regenerate the new site key from your account's page: https://toolset.com/account/sites/
=> Register the Toolset plugins with newly created sitekey

Hopefully this will help you to resolve your issue. Could you please confirm.

Hello Minesh,

I regenerated a key and still have the same problem. As you can see on the screenshot below, i have a new key but the message is still the same...

Cheers, Olivier

Well - we need duplicator copy of your site in order to debug this issue further.

Could you please send me 1:1 copy of your site:

What if you exclude the uploads directory while you create duplicator package and just send us that will help you to reduce the duplicator size. Is it possible - try to exclude as many directories if possible.

Hi Minesh,

Even if i exclude all the files, i can't use duplicator.

This site was my first WordPress and also my first use of Toolset. I think that i made many mistakes that are showing now in some curious manner.

I was able to update all the programs to their latest version and i will wait till i have a little bit more time to make a major overhaul of the complete website.

Thank you for your help and time. Have a great day! Olivier
