[Resolved] Not recognising site key

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: re-register toolset using the site key but it won't accept the site key, even when copied and pasted. It was working fine but I noticed today it refused to download the latest update without me re-registering. I've tried deleting the old site key and registering for a new one, but that won't work either.
