[Resolved] None of my Toolset Plugins are updating

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Trying to register a site with Toolset so that plugins can be updated gave the error "Invalid site key for current site".

Solution:
- Go to the list of plugins and click the register link for Types which will take you to the commercial plugins tab
- Click the blue register button for Toolset
- Click the Toolset account link which will take you to your account with the correct URL for your site pre-populated
- Copy the key which is highlighted then use the back button to return to your site and paste the key

The client had manually entered the site url with http:// instead of https://

I'm trying to update my Toolset Plugins but I cannot register my site. It says "invalid site key for current site." The site key is copied and pasted from the My Sites section. Please help.

Hi Rosie

I'm not aware of anyone else currently having problems with registration.

It looks like you currently have 3 site registered. If you having problems with a particular one I would go to https://toolset.com/account/sites/ and delete it from the list and re-register it.

On the relevant site go to your plugins list and where you see the register link for Types click that, which will take you to the commercial plugins tab.

Click the blue register button for Toolset, and your screen will look like the screenshot.

Click the "Toolset account" link which will take you to your account with the correct URL for your site pre-populated. Copy the key which is highlighted then use the back button to return to your site and paste the key.

If that doesn't then work then let me know and I will investigate further.

Ugh. I put http instead of https in the site url field when registering. Thanks.
