[Resolved] No access to specific cpt

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

I set Access so that guest access to the cpt and the corresponding categories and tags should be possible. Nonetheless the page is still inaccessible.

Solution:

I suggest you follow our document to setup access control to the specific custom post type for Guest user role:

https://toolset.com/course-lesson/setting-access-control/

section "Managing Access Control for Posts, Pages and Custom Post Types"

You will need to enable "Read" permission for Guest user role to that specific custom post type

On staging2.syndicalegps.be I have a cpt called Encyclopedia created with the Encyclopedia plugin by Dennis Hoppe. The archive page /encyclopedia/ displays well when logged in but is not accessible when logged out.
I set Access so that guest access to the cpt and the corresponding categories and tags should be possible. Nonetheless the page is still inaccessible.

What can I do to make this cpt visible to non logged in users?

That is what I did, but the cpt remains inaccessible: see hidden link
Could you take a closer look at it?
Thanks!

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2021, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

4) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
