[Resolved] New way to create custom layouts using new version of Toolset plugins

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: How can I use the Block Editor to create reusable templates?

Solution: You can use the Block Editor to design Content Templates. Then you can apply those Content Templates to individual posts or entire post types.

This support ticket is created 4 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

After the new release of Toolset plugins I am pretty much confused on how to build up the custom template since I read that the Layout plugin is not to be used for new sites.
So what is the best way to create custom templates with the new system?
Is it advisable to use for production the new Toolset Blocks since they are still in beta?
