Every time I create and add a new View to a Content Template for a CPT that has existing posts, I have to click on each post's edit button and then the update button in order to get the View to appear in the post.

I've deactivated all plugins other than Types and Views and am running the latest versions of Types & Views, pre-3.8 WordPress and PageLines DMS (theme framework).

Is there something I've missed that I need to do to a new View to "trigger" it so that it appears on existing posts when added to the Content Template for existing posts' CPT?

Okay so somewhere between me updating to WP 3.8 and finding out I was wrong about being on the latest version of Types and Views, I decided to delete and reinsert the problematic views into the Content Template and all of the existing posts seem to have updated.

Note to self: saying everything's up to date and everything actually being up to date are two different things.

Sorry for the bother.

Cheers
