This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The user was having blank fields in a user form notification.

Solution:
Use "id" instead of "user_id" as an argument for the "wpv-user" shortcode:

[wpv-user field="user_registered" id="%%USER_USERID%%"]

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Please try to use "id" instead of "user_id" as an argument for the the "wpv-user" shortcode:

[wpv-user field="user_registered" id="%%USER_USERID%%"]

Read more about the shortcode here https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/views/views-shortcodes/#wpv-user

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any quesitons.
