[Resolved] My Account Refund

This support ticket is created 3 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

Just two things, one it is not easy to contact you for just simple plain questions like the one I am about to ask. Two finding your refund was difficult and had to search for refund in order to find it.

With this being said, we filled out the refund form today (June 15, 2020) and have not received an email confirmation that you even received it. Can you please let me know if you received our request for a refund.

Hi, we have an international team and sometimes it takes 24 hours for them to respond to messages. With that being said, I will reach out to the accounts team and be sure they received your request.
