Tell us what you are trying to do?

Here is a link to a support ticket I submitted over 3 years ago. It solved the issue. Now the modal is no longer working. Hosting company and WordPress theme (Avada) haven't changed. Only ongoing updates.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

I referred to this, but can't seem to learn what is happening.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
You can go to any of the PRODUCTS pages and click on NUTRITION button. Nutrition information should appear as a modal.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I will require admin access details in order to investigate the issue.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I'v activated the option "Toolset should load Bootstrap 3" from:

I can see the modal popup is working now.
