Missing Toolset Plugins from old site

This support ticket is created 3 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to move an old site using Toolset to a new upgraded site so I have purchased Toolset and looking to import the old content over.

However, on looking at the old site they have the following:
Toolset Access
Toolset Cred
Toolset Types
Toolset Views

Having purchased the product I can only see Toolset Types available for download? How can I move these across?

Thank you for getting in touch. Can you provide some clarity for me. Are you only seeing the Types plugins on the page link below ?
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Or are you only seeing it on the installer on your wordpress backend at Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.

Secondly can you provide me with the debug information for this site so that I can have a look at the plugins that you currently have installed.

Based on your account type you should have access all the Toolset plugins.

On the old site I can see the following plugins:

Toolset CRED
Toolset Types
Toolset Views
Toolset Access

I can only see Toolset Types as a download not the other modules. Are they old and have been replaced? If so, what with?

I'm not sure where you are only seeing Types as the only download as you've not stated where you are seeing it.

Are you only seeing Types available for download at the link below?
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

If you scroll on the page are you still only seeing Types? Can you provide a screenshot of where you are only seeing Types available for download?

You account Type is a single site type which includes all the Toolset plugins so you should have all our plugins available for download.

Please provide some clarity so I can understand where you are seeing the issue so that I can make some further checks on the issue for you.
