Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot why the Module Manager is not working, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please enable WordPress debugging ( https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress ) and see if any error/warning is shown on the screen or in the server's error logs.

2. Also, make sure that your server meets the requirements specified at:
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

Note: Please especially check if "allow_url_fopen" option is enabled in your server’s PHP configuration, as that is required for the Module Manager. You can contact your server's hosting support to confirm this.

Let me know how it goes and if you have any further information.

regards,
Waqar
