messaging system with toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

in my membership site, I want to force a messaging system only between any mid level and VIP subscribers to two individuals Help desk and Management.
Is this possible?

Toolset is not the ideal tool for this as it's not intended for social media construction-

But, we have a possibility explained here:

It is also available as a module to download here https://toolset.com/modules/messaging-system/, so I suggest deploying that on a testing site and see if this fits your needs.

Otherwise, I would suggest looking for some particular plugin that is designed to allow messaging.
