I am trying to: display a map with a marker

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: a map centered with a marker

Instead, I got: a map in position 0, 0 without any marker.

In backend the map didn't display on block editor. I can only see the map when adding à new business (that's my type 'content').

Hi Alban,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you go through the basic debugging steps by temporarily disabling all the non-toolset plugins and checking to see if the maps starts to render correctly ?

Once you have done this please let me know the result.

Thanks,
Shane

I try to remove all the plugins except Toolset on my dev environnement.
I still don't have a marker and the map is set to 0,0.

When i watch the XHR in debug console, i saw that Standard.json from the plugin toolset-map has an empty response with code 200 on GET.
wp-content/plugins/toolset-maps/resources/json/Standard.json:
response -> []

Hi Alban,

Thank you for the information on this.

I would like to have admin access to the website to double check on your setup to see if I can spot anything that is missing.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Alban,

Not sure of the permissions on my user account as I dont have any access to the plugins page.

I'm trying to go to the Toolset settings page but its not displaying correctly. The Tabs for the different settings options are not present.

So I would like to have a look at the plugin list, however your install is saying that I dont have permissions to access this. Secondly i'm trying to locate a page that has the map on it and i'm not able to locate it.

Can you send me a link to a page that has the map not working correctly.

Thanks,
Shane

Ho that's probably because it's a WPMU...
I give you my own access of superadmin, you will have all the access.
Could you enable the private fields ?
You could find a display of a single seller here : hidden link
and a list with map here : hidden link
the view : hidden link

Hi Alban,

Not sure what is happening, however when I tried to check your API key i'm greeted by this page here.
hidden link

As you can see it doesn't have the normal tabs that would be present. See Screenshot

This would've allowed me to check your site's Map API key to see if it is indeed valid. This is one of the first steps in debugging issues with maps.

Can you check to see what is happening.

Thanks,
Shane

I saw that the version wasn't the same on my prod server.
I update the plugins but got the same parameter screen...
So i suggest to go directly on the Prod server, but on this one i can't disable all the other plugins.
As you suggest to check the API key, i saw that i've got restriction (referer) on it, so i remove theses restrictions.
But the problem still the same.
Can you (again) allow me to send you the credentials for the prod server ?

Hi Alban,

Here are the private fields once more.

Hopefully we are able to get through this one soon and identify the exact issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Hooo man, it's OK !
Seems that was the restriction of the API key, and when i change it yesterday, it wasn't applied yet.
Is it new this error when referer is activated, because it was working fine before i update the types plugins ?

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
