[Closed] localhost no licence activate

I am trying to: licence activate

I have no problem with WPML but with Toolset i have a problem licence activate in localhost.

Toolset plugin cannot connect to
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to to remove this notice.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

It seems that your server was not able to communicate with ours in order to complete the activation. I just tested on a website and I was able to register a new site without issue. Maybe that was a temporary issue, please try again.

If it does not, ask your sysadmin or hosting provider for any firewall rules on your server that might prevent the communication with our servers.

- Go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support on the affected site
- Click on the Check Now button
- If they get 2 green marks, everything should be fine
- Send me the "Installer Log" using a sharing service such as pastebin, Dropbox
