I am trying to: I changed our domain to topart.net ... using the initial domain was topartllc.com - just to create the site- I have updated toolset registration as well as Avada Registration but the layout for products does not look like what the code says.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the product page using the Product Archive in Layouts
<li class="[wpv-post-class]">
<a href="[wpv-post-url]" class="product-images">
<img src="[wpv-woo-product-image size='shop_single' output='raw' enable_third_party_filters='no' gallery_on_listings='no']" class="attachment-shop_catalog size-shop_catalog wp-post-image" />
</a>
<div class="product-details">
<div class="product-details-container">
<h3>[types field='title'][/types]</h3>
<h3 class="product-title" data-fontsize="16" data-lineheight="24">
<a href="[wpv-post-url]">[wpv-post-title]</a>
</h3>

<div class="clearfix">
</div>
<div class="fusion-content-sep"></div>
</div>
</div>

Instead, I got: See the screenshot of Product Views to see what is appearing. It should look more like the Productviews-shouldbe screenshot.

Hi Veronica

How did you migrate the site? If you use a plugin such as Duplicator or All-in-One WP Migration it normally makes an exact replica, so you shouldn't see any changes.

It seems that the custom archive for products you have created is not being used.

The most obvious explanation would the setting in Toolset > WooCommerce Views for the product archive template. It should be set to use WooCommerce Views plugin template, not the standard WooCommerce template, if you could verify that.

Then, could you temporarily switch theme to twentyseventeen to see if your custom archive is being displayed?

I'm going to mark your next reply as private because I suspect I will need to take a look at your site to understand why.

You may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site, even though I don't intend to make any changes except possibly to temporarily add a backup plugin to take a snapshot of the site.

Thanks! It somehow reverted to not using WooCommerce Views for the product archive template.

I actually didn't move it we just changed the domain and replaced the filenames to match the new domain.
