When you log into the site and click Beaver Builder it displays a top and bottom image and a spacer inbetween.

This area is where I need the display of the company names. I have reviewed the documentation for Beaver Builder. When I open the template there is no page builder link to click on, only preview layout and save.

Are you able to assist please?

A ticket was raised recently because someone assisted me to move the data from homeinsuranceexplained.co.uk (HIE) to homeinsuranceinformation.co.uk. (HII)

Looking at the coding I am uncertain whether it is pulling data from HIE or HII. It looked as though the link from Advantage was pulling from HIE.

HIE will be deleted soon with the domain redirected to HII.

I do not have the backend login details to your site, but you can provide them in the next reply if you think this is necessary.

Now, this is how you can use Toolset and Beaver Builder:
- head to Toolset > Content Templates
- Create a new Content Template and assign it to any post type of your choice
- Then, in the Content Template HMLT editor, at the right-hand corner, there is a button that'll let you load Beaver Builder to edit the template

I am not sure what you refer to with the Website pulling information from a presumably older version, but with this, we cannot assist, as it is not related to Toolset.
When you migrate a Website the links will be updated since they are using the WordPress API mostly to be created, which is dynamic.
I suggest to let the website be migrated by your Hosting Provider, they will make sure that everything works smoothly.
I have done this several times, and I never had an issue with Toolset Edit Links linking to the older site.

I suggest to revise this migration, to make sure that the database is properly updated.

Current issues - Please ignore previous two posts.

I have managed to set up the company details page.

I have the following issue:

1. When you click through on a company I need it to take you to a new page with the company details image at the top and quotes at the bottom. (These images are in the saved section of Beaver Builder). I also require a back button at the bottom of the entry to take you back to the A to Z. This was on the old site (homeinsuranceexplained.co.uk) where you will see the layout when you click on the page.

2. At the moment when you click through it does not display the individual company information.

3. Please see attachment - Should there be a template here? Every time I change to stop using a template it displays the company details. Then it changes back to a template and does not display the A to Z.

4. Also at times in the front end display, it shows a template and says important fields are missing.

Now, when you use Toolset and Beaver Builder, you can follow the exact steps outlined here:

This means when you navigate to hidden link you will not click the Beaver Builder button but instead, you will add a Content Template to this Page.
That Content Template is then styled with Beaver Builder.

You also should not use Toolset Layouts. Toolset Layouts is a page builder, template builder and content builder.
So is Beaver Builder.
So one of both is too much.

Then, after you designed your content Template with Beaver Builder you will see these contests where the Content Template is applied.

In your website, there are 2 Content Templates, and both present the "Edit with Page Builder" button just fine, please consult the screenshot.

For other issues, I suggest opening a new ticket in regard.
