I am trying to: create a report (a view) that shows new customers (users who have recently placed their first woocommerce order), along with the amount of their recent order.

I visited this URL:

I expected to see:

Instead, I got:

WooCommerce provides a function to check if a user has already purchased a Product.

With a elaborated Custom Code you could create a function or ShortCode, that actually returns the Products the user in the Loop has purchased.

With more code, you could check when this happened, and eventually return only the latest (xy) items.

But Toolset does not provide this solution.

It requires advanced Custom Code to create this Application logic, which will not make use of the Toolset API but WooCommerce and WordPress API.

I am afraid, that this is not possible with Toolset, but you require Custom Code.
It seems -unfortunately- that for now you need custom programming work which is beyond the scope of our support.
You could request help from a certified partner:

You will get the custom assistance you need to get on with your project.

Thank you
