I am trying to: integrate layouts with genesis

i purchased layouts in the winter, tried for weeks to get it to work, then got a refund. after a post popped up on your support forum relating to the genesis framework, i bought it again this week, and after many, many, many frustrating hours, i am ready to ask for a refund!

i have contacted support numerous times, to no avail. PLEASE don't tell me to look at your pages about integrating layouts with themes - i have read them, as well as all related support forum posts, ad infinitum.

i really, really want this to work. it's utterly confusing; as a matter of fact, i contacted one of the people listed on your "certified partners " page (he is a genesis expert,) and he told me to try beaver builder because "toolset layouts is too confusing," noting that he was never able to get it to work.

types and views is fine, of course. it's layouts that is driving me to jump from the bridge. i'm more than happy to give anyone admin creds for my site. i understand that shane was able to help one user from germany.

Does it work for you? If you need more assistance for it, please create a test site, and fill below "private detail box" with login details and ftp access, also point which post type do you want to integrate with Layouts plugins. thanks
