[Resolved] Information from content template still not showing up in email

Hi Mai,

I just placed a test order on your website and I noticed that the order is set to on-hold status and not processing.

Can you change the line in the snippet from:


if ( $email->id == 'customer_processing_order' ) {

To:


if ( ($email->id == 'customer_on_hold_order') || ($email->id == 'new_order') ) {
