I logged in and checked the View here:

When I checked the transition settings, I could see that "Fade" was selected instead of "Infinite Scrolling" - screenshot attached. I changed that setting to Infinite Scrolling and now I see that the View updates and new content is added as I scroll down the page. Perhaps there was a problem where the setting was not saved for some reason, or perhaps the wrong View was changed during your testing?
Did I misunderstand the problem and what you want to achieve?
