[Resolved] Individual company not diisplaying

Company details page lists the companies correctly.

When you select a company it does not display the information.

Hi Stephen,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I took a look at this for you and the issue is that your company template isn't set to display anything from the company post.

What you need to do is to add the information from your company to this page. You need to add to the template the custom fields that you want to display.

Please let me know if you know how to do this or if further assistance is needed.

I don't know how to add the content to the template. It was working fine and suddenly disappeared. The company information was put together on the old Toolset framework and not Beaver Builder.

Please can you advise me how to add the content.

Hi Stephen,

Do you have a backup of this site when the template was working fine ?

As of right now I see that its assigned to a content template using beaver builder.

If you have a backup then you can just restore it.

However this is definitely because of the template.

I only have backups for 4 days so do not have a backup of how it should be.

Do I go into Toolset layout or somewhere to correct the issue?

Hi, it looks like you are using Beaver Builder so Toolset Layouts should be deactivated. However, if you had previously designed a template for Companies using Toolset Layouts, you'll have to recreate that template now in Beaver Builder. You can recreate that template in a Toolset Content Template here:
