Hi,

Is it possible to show/hide a custom field meta box I've created only on specific pages? So more or less a functionality like "wp screen option" but only for a specific page and not for all pages.

The reason is that I have created more than 10 custom meta box. All the metabos are displayed on each page but I use only 1 per page. Each page template uses a specific meta box. So in the admin, below the wp text editor I have 10 meta box per page of which 9 are not useful in for the specific page.

Thank you
Ben

Dear Benoit,

You can do that in the custom fields settings page. There is a section called "Where to display this group" which let you add some condition to display it. In this case, I recommend you to create a custom field to say if the group will be displayed. Example, you can create a custom field called "Show on Admin" and store 0 or 1, then use the condition section to filter it.

Please let me know if you are satisfied with my answer and if I can help you with any other questions you might have.
