importing Repeating Fields data

hello, I am using Ultimate CSV importer to import data into a custom post type with custom fields.

some of those fields are fields that allow for multiple values (Repeating Fields). Not repeatable field groups, but just a repeating field.

How should I format my CSV file? I can't find it in your documentation. also I think the link here is broken https://toolset.com/course-lesson/import-csv-ultimate-csv-importer-plugin/

just separate values with "|"
