Import CPT's from CSV file with custom fields and taxonomies

I am trying to: import a CSV file so that each row is imported as an individual custom post type that I've set up with its own custom fields and taxonomies. I need some assistance in naming the columns so that when they are imported they will be mapped to the appropriate custom fields and taxonomies. We plan on using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-csv-importer/installation/
