I have created a custom field which I then am pulling into a page via Dynamic Content in Themeco Pro theme.

When I go to save the image, it shows but as soon as I save it disappears and it appears as a broken link. I have reached out to Themeco and they sent me to Toolset. Note, I can get ACF to work with image field. I would rather not use ACF as everything else is in Toolset. Attached screen shots show after upload, then after save.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see few users having this issue and one of the issue is fixed using the hotfix shared with the following errata page:
=> https://toolset.com/errata/fatal-error-in-image-optimisation-plugins-when-using-types-3-3-11/

Can you please check if the above hotfix help you to resolve your issue, if no: I will require admin access details and problem URL where I can see the issue.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
