image cropping - Toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have a logo image on this singular content template: hidden link
you can see that it is incorrectly cropping.

here is the content template: hidden link even though it renders the correct thubnail here, it does not dispaly it on the front end.

you can see I have the medium wordpress thumbnail selected. the medium wordpress thumbnail does not crop, however toolset generates some other thubnail which is cropped.

why is this cropping?
how do i fix it?

to clarify further: this is the wordpress generated thumbnail: hidden link it's perfect.
toolset displays this one: hidden link
it should disply the first, not the second.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I am not sure why is the logo cropped, but I was able to fix it with the following configuration hidden link
Please note, that I choose the option to scale the image without cropping it.

I choose 85px height because it respects this aspect ratio 1575/450 based on a width of 300px.
