I registered the URL on wp-types and when i paste in the code it just hangs

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Register and update

First it wouldn't acknowledge i am register

then i went to plugins and it says Registered

but when i try the Gateway times out

This seems a Server issue, as I did not see other Posts with this issue mentioned.

But it could be that our ZIP can not be found, I actually saw some posts in regard.

Please, to expedite it and let you work again with Toolset and update it, can you do this:

1. Delete the Plugins in your FTP

2. Get all the Plugins you need in the Toolset Downloads section

3. Upload them via FTP and activate them in your Plugins List

Then, try to register them after deleting the current registration key, following the Register link in the Plugin list.
