1) I need to add live comments section for custom post types, for single articles. I did not find any shortcode for this.
Hi, you can manage this setting in the Post Types editor. Go to Toolset > Post Types and edit your CPT. Look for the section called "Sections to display when editing (CPT)", and check "Comments". Once this is enabled, you can turn discussion on or off for each post, in the post editor screen. See the attached screenshots. If you cannot see the Discussion and Comments areas on your post type editor after checking "Comments", then you may need to enable them by going to the post editor screen and clicking "Screen Options" in the top right corner.
2) I need page views count to be displayed at article pages. How can I achieve ?
Page view counts aren't something Toolset is designed to provide, so a third-party plugin is probably the easiest way to accomplish this. Otherwise, you must use the WordPress API to count page views manually using PHP. Here's a post on Stack Overflow that describes this process:
