Hello,

I am trying to create a grid on : hidden link using two types created with toolset.

I tried using view plugins and now I am on blocks. Unfortunately, no content comes up. I created one dummy post for each post type.

When creating the view I added both post types. I would like also to add filtering based on Post type and Post type category.

Can you take a look and let us know what is being done wrong?

Here are the posted created :

Hi Will,

Thank you for contacting us and welcome to Toolset Support.

To troubleshoot why the view is not showing those posts, I'll need to see how it is set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

While we are on this, please also take a look why on this form some fields I added have no input box and clarify the error.

Thanks

Hi Will,

Thank you for sharing the admin access and sorry about the delay in getting back on this.

We're a bit light on coverage due to the Easter holiday, but I'll be able to update you with my findings shortly.

Thank you for your patience.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Will,

Thank you for waiting.

I've checked the page that you shared ( hidden link ) and noticed that the enclosed view has been placed inside a group.

Screenshot: hidden link

It is not recommended as it changes the view block's structure.

I've created a basic post view at page "Test page from TS support", where you can see how it is working:
Back-end: hidden link
Front-end: hidden link

I'll recommend to delete that existing view and create it again, but without any grouping:
https://toolset.com/documentation/getting-started-with-toolset/create-and-display-custom-lists-of-content/

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,

Hi Waqar,

Thanks for the help on this.

Can you clarify why the form I created using the form builder in some instances have only the label and not the field?

Hi Will,

Thanks for the update.

You've done the right thing, creating separate tickets, since we do request to start a new ticket for each new question or concern.

Beda will be replying to those other tickets shortly and you're welcome to mark this one as resolved.
