Tell us what you are trying to do?
Well, I have created the CPT Festival/Rassegne, and I need to be same as Post PT, with URL same as /festival-rassegne/year/month/day/cpt-post-title, and allowing the comment section like in the posts. But it doesn't work like I need...

Is there any documentation that you are following? No

Is there a similar example that we can see? I don't know.

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hello,

Thanks for the details.

Q1) with URL same as /festival-rassegne/year/month/day/cpt-post-title

There isn't such kind of built-in feature within Toolset Types plugin, you can add a feature request for it:
https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/suggest-a-new-feature-for-toolset/

Currently, you can try workaround of other threads, for example:
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/257058/date-based-permalinks-for-custom-post-type-and-custom-taxonomy-permalinks
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/113068/use-date-in-the-url-of-custom-post-type

Q2) allowing the comment section like in the posts

It is possible, for example, you can edit your custom post type, in section "Sections to display when editing Festival/Rassegne", enable option "Comments", edit each "Festival/Rassegne" post, enable option "Allow comments", and test again.
