CART - existing reports miss description - also should show the report date and indicate Immediate download.JPG

Hi,

I made a custom post field group containing the City, address and Report Data, which are displaying great on the custom product search and my single product pages.

The problem I have is when someone adds a product to the cart, the cart (and the checkout) displays only the Product name, without the data from the post fields.

I need a way to display those fields in the cart the same way I managed to do so with the addons woocommerce plugin (this product has different layout and settings, also I customized the cart.php file to display all the info I need).

You can see on the image the difference between the two products. The second one displays everything I need, and the first one displays only the title.

If there is no way to do this as a regular toolset setting, can you please tell me how to change the cart.php file, or even better which function to add to the function.php file which would call and echo the post fields data in that field?

Thank you in advance,

Toolset does not customize the cart.
It customizes only the Shop, Taxonomy and Single Product templates.

The goal you want to achieve is only possible with Custom Code which we cannot assist.
If you require help with this, I can suggest the contractors:
