[Resolved] How to display a taxonomy using a dynamic tag in Elementor Pro?

This support ticket is created 3 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi there,

Is it possible to display a taxonomy using dynamic tags from Elementor? I tried using a title widget but there's no dynamic tag for taxonomies there (please see screenshot). Does it mean that I'll have to do it using a view from Toolset?

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

The dynamic data feature shown in your screenshot is something that is managed by Elementor Pro and currently, it only supports Toolset custom fields and not the taxonomies.

To show taxonomy terms, you can use the "wpv-post-taxonomy" shortcode in simple, text, HTML, or shortcode widget:
