I need to create a front end contact form that enables non logged in users to add their email address, name and CV to a job application website. hidden link

Each CPT has a template: hidden link

At the end of each new job vacancy, users need to be able to apply for the job by submitting a CV with their contact details. The issue is I need to differentiate each contact form, so the admin knows what job the applicant has applied for.

e.g. Job ref AZBFT6 is on 1 template and when someone applies - it notifies the admin of which job has been applied for.

I was going to use Gravity forms, but this would mean the admin needs to create a new form for each job which wont work.

How do I achieve this?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I think you should use CRED forms to create frontend forms and you should have job Reference as a custom field with CPT and you can set CRED notification using CRED form that will help you to setup notification for admin when someone is applied for job.

Please refer to the following links:

=> https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/creating-cred-forms/

You can download CRED plugin from:

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
