Hello,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

From your screenshot I cannot get an accurate description of the issue so i'm not aware of the area that you are using the widgets in.

Would it be possible to provide a larger screenshot so that I can get an idea of the full area?

Also if you have not already tried this, could you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

So I have some bad news.

It seems the issue is being caused by your theme, swapping to another theme and the icons started showing up.

I thought it would've been your child theme but checking the functions.php file and the code that was there it all checked out. It seems the issue is even deeper than just the child theme, so it is coming from your parent theme.

So if it is possible I would recommend using a separate theme .

Thanks,
Shane
