So i made a parametric search view, im trying to create a search page.
ALL results of included post types are showing on my search page before i searched.. I want to show nothing or some info text untill the visitor actually performed a search..
How can i hide results UNTIL the search have been made?
To do this you need to create 2 pages:
- One page for the search form
- A second page for the search resuts
In the first page you include only the View form. Look at the section "Adding Just the Search Form to a Page" over here:
The second page would have the normal View shortcode to show the results.
Please let me know if you are satisfied with my reply and any other questions you may have.
Thank you very much .)
