google time response

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: load the page faster

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: home

I expected to see: fast response

Instead, I got: long time response

seems to be called a google ip timeout, maybe they have changed and should be updated?

Hi, can you provide some more information?
- Please temporarily activate the Twenty Fifteen parent theme and deactivate all plugins except CRED, Maps, Access, Types, and Views, then test again. Is the initial HTML document load time still higher than 10 seconds?
- If yes, let me know if the slowness occurs on all pages of the site, or if it's just the home page. If it's just the home page, let me know what the home page is set up to display - an archive, a View, multiple Views, etc.
- If the load time was not higher than 10 seconds after disabling other plugins, please reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one to see if there is one component that seems to be causing the delay to reappear.

Let me know what you find out.
