I am trying to:
Put up a cred form on a page. Getting an error on every cred form page above the form.

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/illawarrarambler/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cred-frontend-editor/application/models/form/data.php on line 56

I have updated all of WordPress and the Toolset plugins. I also downloaded and updated the Cred plugin just to be sure. Still had the issue.

I expected to see:
A page without errors 🙂

Instead, I got:
A page with errors 🙂

I've also noticed if I create a new test cred form and put it on a page it doesn't display at all and I just get this (below) but I have seen there is a bug report already for the 2nd issue.

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/illawarrarambler/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cred-frontend-editor/application/models/form/data.php on line 56

Warning: require_once(field/class.radio.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/illawarrarambler/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cred-frontend-editor/application/controllers/form_rendering.php on line 83

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'field/class.radio.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php70/usr/share/pear') in /home/illawarrarambler/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cred-frontend-editor/application/controllers/form_rendering.php on line 83

Okay thanks. Got my issue resolved. Had to complete remove the plugin files and re-extracted 1.9.2.1 in its place. All fixed.
