Get post data of another wordpress site and display as related posts in our site

We need to display some related posts data (i.e. featured image, title, etc) in our website, but the problem is that the posts are located on another website (which is owned by the same client but in a different 3rd level domain , the source site of related posts is for example houses.italianhomesw.it and the site where the post data shal lbe displayed is apartments.italianhomesw.it).
Is there a way to achieve this result? We need to allow the editor of the site to select some post IDs or post URLS from the source site and insert them in a custom field of the main site.
Thanks for any info about that.

There isn't such kind of built-in feature within Toolset plugins, Toolset plugins work with the data of same WP website.

So you will need to consider custom codes, but according to our support policy, we don't provide custom codes support:
