I can't edit my page anymore. My websiote is built with divi + toolset

I have actually these message error :
Framework Installer plugin requires PHP allow_url_fopen to be enabled. Please enabled it in your php.ini. Contact your webhost if you are not sure how to do this.

Connection to https://ref.toolset.com refused

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately not much we can do about this as you will need to contact your host for them to enable the "allow_url_fopen" module for php.

Could you try doing so and let me know if the issue still remains.
