Forum Login Problem

This support ticket is created 5 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

No supporters are available to work today on Toolset forum. Feel free to create tickets and we will handle it as soon as we are online. Thank you for your understanding.

I had trouble logging in to the forum today.

When I visited https://toolset.com/account/, my account type was displayed on the page but no options were given when hovering on the User icon (top right of screen) so I couldn't log in. I cleared my cache and also selected 'forget about this site' but this made no difference.

I then opened up https://toolset.com/account/order-history/ in a new tab and was presented with the login form and options were available via the User icon. This is the route I took to log in.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
