I am trying to:

Setup Lost Password functionality for the website in question.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

Working functionality

Instead, I got:

A 502 bad gateway error

What I have done to troubleshoot:

- I have tested this on multiple computers, browsers, and networks, all with the same error.
- I have disabled all plugins except Views/Types and the error still persisted.
- I have switched from Divi to TwentySeventeen and the error went away and came back when re-activating Divi.
- I have gotten with my Hosting, WP Engine who has helped me as far as they can and told me to contact both the Theme and Plugin developers for help.
- I have gotten with Elegant Themes who developed Divi, and they said there is nothing in their theme that should cause this error, and have shown other front-end user management plugins (with forgot password functionality) that doesn't have this issue.

So my last group to contact for help is you, can you please see if there is anything you can do to help me? If we can't solve the problem, I either have to custom-code the theme or find another solution than Toolset for this website, which neither is desired. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ronald,

It seems the the duplicator isn't working correctly.

Would you mind providing the credentials instead so that I can check the actual site ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Ronald,

If the error doesn't occur on your test site then it's a server issue.

Are you able to access the php logs for the live site ?

Also are both sites on the same server?

Thanks,
Shane
