I would like to display all product category terms for a product post type based on the product brand a user is trying to filter by. Product Brand and Product Category are both taxonomies used on the Products CPT so based on the product brand that the user wants to see I need to update the view to show all unique product category terms for products that are found within that brand.

If you have created the view/block view and added the filter for your both brand and product category taxonomy - and now when you change the brand filter , it will display associated post to brand and the product category taxonomy filter automatically updated for only available terms.
So I am not trying to filter the view by product categories. The only taxonomy that I am filtering the view by is Product Brands. Based on the Brand selected all unique category terms assigned to products within that Brand and the link to that term's archive page will to be displayed. The main thing I am struggling with is printing out unique terms for Product Categories as the view just displays all categories assigned for all products within that Brand. Much like how you suggested with the product category filters, is there a way to just make the unique terms display?
It might need a custom shortcode or another taxonomy view but I can tell you once I see where you added the view and how you added the brand filter.
Can you please share problem URL where I can see the brand filter you added.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
